Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19): A Note from Columbia Residential Public Health


The health and well-being of our residents and team are our top priority. As a result, our community leasing offices are temporarily closed for in-person visits and tours. We continue to monitor all Coronavirus (COVID-19) events closely and will adjust accordingly. We are committed to being accessible to our current and prospective new residents, and we encourage you to reach out by calling our community phone numbers, emailing the community directly, or by selecting the “Contact” link located on individual community pages. If you are a current resident, you can make payments and enter service requests online through your resident portal (“For Residents”) at the top of this page. Service requests can also be called or emailed (non-emergency) into your community office. As always, we aim to provide our residents with the best place to live and our employees the best place to work. We invite all those concerned to look to the CDC for up-to-date information and guidance.
